Overview
In Workplace Meta, we discovered that many engineers face difficulties in locating the necessary tools to resolve their technical issues in the Intern Tool Library. As a result, we have redesigned the experience of finding the appropriate tools and solutions to streamline engineering workflows and experience.
My Role
Understanding the deep needs of engineering, I lead the design experience from start to finish, conducting UX research and overseeing execution.
