I am egar to figure out why users don't stay.
10 years across startups, big tech, and everything in between. I work at the intersection of UX and product strategy but my real obsession is answering one question: why do customers leave? That question changes everything.
I've seen teams ship perfect features to empty rooms. I've watched them iterate endlessly on the wrong problem. But I've also seen what happens when you define the right one first.
That's what I communicate and consult about.
